What will it cost for paypal premier account??

I have a paypal personal a/c but looks like I might want to upgrade to premier. Tell me the drawbacks of this move. I mean will they charge extra (how much) etc.

I have a premier account, but I don't know if the charges are any different since I sighed up for a premier account for selling on eBay. But you'll have the ability to have people pay you with credit cards though, but I don't know if there's a big difference between the two accounts.
