Visa electron is the worst choice

I have a problem with my cards. I have Visa credit card and visa electron card. The first i used for international payments, took it with me when i travel and added it as payment method in many evallet sites. BUT then one day i lost it! I thought thats nothing bad, i have VISA electron card too, but i was wrong! Today i tried several betting services where i wanted to add funds, to deposit my money from VISA electron card and all time i failed. its impossible to do it at least not from my bank card. its hard to understand to me, but still i am sad now. I went more sad when i found out that many betting websites dont accept PAYPAl as payment method for users from my country. Its a such a shame.
