Is there a facility in any e-bank to transfer the money to the another e-bank.

The only way I find that you can go with money between any e-banks is have one bank account attached to those accounts. This way you can transfer money from like paypal and alertpay into your bank account and then deposit it into the account you want to use. To go from one to other, is not allowed from what I have seen so far. You never know they may open somekind of way to do this in the future since so many are asking.
