Hello guys, tomorrow ill make potatoes balls. Will fry them. Do you know what we put in that potatoes balls? Potatoes, cheese, eggs and some spices. I can say that i'm kind of addicted to that balls. I just love the taste. I know that fry foods are not healthy food, but still love them so much, that i decided to make them tomorrow for diner. My asking for you now is, do you love the taste of some dish so much, that you just can't say "no, i won't eat you", because it's not healthy? That kind of foods i call luxury foods. Most people use the word "luxury", because something is expensive. I use it here, because fry dishes are not good for our health - too much calories and cholesterol, also the combination between potatoes, cheese and eggs is not really good for our digestion. So what are your sins when we talk about eating and specially about healthy foods?

There are a lot of sinful foods i eat like chocolate, hamburger, bacon, pork. These are fatty foods. Well, chocolate has negative effects too. I just don't know what exactly.

There are so many dishes or foods that I know are bad but continue to indulge in simply because they are so good I can't help it, especially processed meat like ham and bacon, needless to say we will have more than we will bargain for this Christmas. .Anyway I'm one of the adherants of water , I believe that drinking plenty of water would neutralize food toxin and facilitate faster excretion. I also fast once in a while to counter act the ill effects of so called sin foods.

I don't really call it a luxury food. It's more often than not, the diet of the poor. Cheaper foods cost less money...like fried bread dough smothered in butter. It taste delicious, is a comfort food, but it is also very cheap to make but wrecks havoc on your waistline.

Hello friend, actually most of the stuff we can fry, are not so cheap. I talk about cheese, yellow cheese, potatoes balls (with cheese, eggs, spices inside), meat and so on ... So i am not sure if the poor people eat that. But i can say that every person eats what the person is used to eat. In the past, i could stay whole day with 2 or 4 liters orange or pineapple juice and it was very good for me. Now when i live with my boyfriend, i always cook, sometimes it's more expensive food, sometimes it's cheaper, but even if the food is expensive if you prepare it in not so healthy way, it will still be unhealthy, doesn't matter how much it costs.

MMMMMMMMMMmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.....Homemade PIZZA!!! LOL! That old pizza stone came out and watch out, arteries, once my husband found out that I'm a pretty good pizza chef (I can make them like the professionals do) we're having pizza with lots of mozzerella cheese on top, every week! That's a half a kilo of cheese per pizza. Normally I have one slice, as I'm trying to cut back. Then there's those flamin' MUFFINS! lol oh dear, I can make them nice and fluffy, so I'm usually making a batch (12) each day - cranberry, blueberry, and chocolate chip. (not all in the same muffin, of course :-p )

Porter house steak and lots of mashed potatoes! I can't resist them! And pizza too, I really can't resist pizza with lots of mozzarella cheese in them. It's just too difficult to stay away from this food though I know that eating them most of the time won't make me a healthy person.
