Would you pay someone to be a referral?

I was just wondering if anyone would pay someone to be their direct referral on their ptc sites. If you are willing to pay, then what do you think would be a fair price to pay for this referral. If the referral was being paid they would have to understand that they would have to be an active referral. I think the best way would be to pay in two installments. Pay them when they sign up and you have confirmation of this, then pay them a little larger sum when they have been active for say 30 days, or whatever time frame you have agreed on. What would be a fair amount to pay to keep someone interested. I was thinking maybe $5.00. Give them $2.00 at first and then $3.00 at the end. I don't really know what a fair amount would be, you don't want to make it a huge amount as you are trying to make some money. Would like to hear your feedback on this. Have just started doing ptc site and direct referrals seem to be the way to go, as with all other programs.

I don't think that there would be any situation that it would be worth it to me to pay someone to be my direct referral. The reason that I wouldn't pay someone to be my direct referral is because when a person decides to join a site that is a money earning site, there is reward enough for joining a site and therefore I don't think that a person that I am trying to get to be my referral should have to be paid directly by me.

I don't know about you, but I wouldn't do it, just because it's such a gamble and you're likely to not get your money out of it. I mean, for example on one GPT site I have about 25 referrals, and about 1 of them is active out of all of them! And I've made probably about ONE dollar in the past YEAR from them. So, tehre's no guarantee that your referral will actually be active && make you that money BACK. You know? So I wouldn't offer them anything to be my referral, not to be stingy, but so many people join sites and never go back and never be active on them, you know?

I think the majority of the answer of those who responded this question is : NO, For me I am also not agree with it to pay someone for your direct referral.Unless it markets a big income.I f you are marketing a product that needs incentives or something.
