other way to earn extra income?

Our company is really going down and I really feel the burden on the financial of our company. That's why Im always looking in the internet on how to make some extra money or other job. Im already 41 years old and I know it will be hard for me to apply a job for a company.
Any suggestion and advice from you friends, what are the other source of income on online aside from paid to click ads, writing an articles what are the other way to earn extra income from an online?
I will appreciate very much for the help you can give to me. Thank you in advance.

I do many things online as well, however wanted to say to also venture out in the meantime for other offline work. Although I have been doing a bit better than the average online it certainly does not replace my previous job, which I worked at for 12 years.
I am in a situation where employers simply say that I am too over-qualified and do not want to risk hiring me. Good Luck to you godslove25, as it has been a really tough year for me. Since you are already 41 years old, I assume that you have already a lot of experiece on whatever job you are involve with. I suggest you take a look at odesk or freelancer and look for a job that may suit you. You'll surely find one that will suit you best. Goodluck with that. :)
