My interpretation of this quote is that if we want to start a change in our lives, we should start to take action right away no matter how difficult our situation is at the moment. If we keep on waiting for that ideal moment to make a new start, we might never get started at all.

Action and Knowledge are wings of success. Action without thinking or, Dreaming without action cannot give you desire result. And it is true we must work hard to get success. Ideal conditions never comes but you have to make it with your actions.
