Have you ever encountered people who can’t do what he preaches?

Oftentimes there are people who know how to express of what is right but then they can’t do what they preach. I’ve already encountered people that are like that and it is really getting on my nerves that you thought they can be a model of what they are preaching about but then it is actually the opposite of what you they are preaching. Example if they told you that you have to be humble but then they are the total arrogant. This is the reason why some people are stubborn or they can’t take the advises from other people because they already feel that the person who preaches a lot is not really a credible person. I could really feel if the person is sincere to preach you so that he/she could help you to be a better person or that person just want to prove something that he/she can do better than you. That is the reason why I am very particular in terms of the credibility of the person because not all of them are willing to help you but they just want to offend or insulting you.
