This PTC is owned by a Filipino, hence the name. After a month of being a member here, I have roughly $2 in my account. I need a dollar more to request for payment. I think the rates are considerable compared to other PTC programs. I see recent payment proofs in its forum so I'm thinking that it's paying...
Anyway, if you're also a member, what's your take on this site so far?

I am also a member of that site but when I tried to cash out, I found out that I need to invest before I can do that so I stop using that site for a while. I'm not sure if I want to invest in that kind of site where they force members to invest. :(
