Can a person acrually learn a new accent?Many people feel that after a certain age, It's just not possible.I want to change my accent How can I do?

It is possible to adept a accent, but you would have to go live where the accent you want is and be surrounded by it for a certain peroid of time (different for each person) Or you could pay a speach coach for training. It is no different than an actor preparing for movie roles, some do accents for certain movies.
