What makes man evil?

Man is a free agent. He can chose to do good or to do evil. The devil will temp you to do evil, but he can't make you do it, Yes, it is usually your lusts that get you down, but remember that it is your choice to do evil or to resist it. God wants you to do good, but He won't make you do it. It's your choice.

WE all have the power to choose what we deem important in this world. Those who choose evil simply do not understand what evil is about. Everything you do in life returns to you in time. We will understand evil when the consequences return to teach us.

If you read a book called "As A Man Thinketh" by James Allen I think you will get your answer. Man is the master controller of his thoughts. So, how he thoughts he will be like that.

Fear makes us "evil". The Fear that we are able to do more than we do. The fear of losing what little bit of peace we have on this planet. It is this constant state of being at least a little bit being in a fight or flight mode that can make us do some really harmful things whether harmful to us or someone else. The Devil is the beast that is within all Humans. That ability to be "evil" beyond all imagination. History can attest to that.

It is the self interest that makes a man evil. Self interest makes man greedy. Greed is at the base of all evil. Greed makes man steal, greed makes man covet other people's things, greed makes man even kill.

All the things which you mention here make man evil. Not only these three things. there are so many things make man Devil. Jealous is the main thing to make man evil. To me my lazyness make me always evil.
