I am a little aggravated with netflix today. I have been a member for months, and have not had a problem. I have sent and recieved movies like clockwork and I always get what is at the top of my list even if it is on wait. I think they have great prices for what you get in return. Well, I sent a movie back yesterday, and they usually recieve them the next day, then ship a new one, and I would recieve it by the next day. So basically if I sent one back on Monday, I would get a new one by Wednesday. Well, they didn't recieve the one I sent back today, so i filed a lost report stating I did send one back. Then, they would normally send the next one on the list. Well they haven't sent anything out today, which means it will be tommorow before they send it. And I won't get a movie until Monday. And I was really excited about getting a movie tommorow, because Eclipse was the next one on my list.......hehehe. What can I say? Sometimes I am a big kid!!

You got to be kidding me, you do realize they will have more delays this time of year right? Do I really need to explain why, bad weather, people watching more movies, holidays extra mail and all that...

You got to be kidding me, did you read ANYTHING above you?!?! I said I was ticked but now I am OVER it!! And as for your comment further up, I had it on the top of my list and it was listed as long wait but it was shipped this morning, so I will get it Monday. I live an hour away from the closest facility, so that is why I always get movies 2 days after I send them back. ALWAYS. I live in a small town and in south alabama. We dont have bad weather this time of year. Our mail is never slow, not even at Christmas time. I appreciate your insight, though.

Furthermore, I have never had a delay from them EVER. And even if a movie is listed as VERY long wait, as long as I have it on the top of my list, I get it. It hasa alwayas been that way, no matter what time of year, as long as I have been aa member. I have gotten several moies the day that they camae out. So, that is why I was dissappointed.

There was no way and I mean no way, you would have got that movie tomorrow, did you know see the long wait listing? You expect too much from netflix honestly, I have been delayed about 5 times, if you really want movies fast get them on saturday send them in monday, thats as fast as you can go.

I haven't used Netflix but I love the selection on their website so I've been considering it. They have lots of small independent films in their database that I'm not able to find in regular rental places. Yeah, I like watching low-budget independent films. As a film student I find them a lot more valuable to me than big budget pictures cause the independents screw up more and have to work around problems that big production houses just throw money at. lol I'm 19 and I love Eclipse, so don't feel ashamed. My sixty-year old father even enjoyed it.

Yeah, I know you have this problem.. but honestly no company is perfect and you sounded like you really liked them otherwise. I'm sure you'll get it all sorted out soon and you'll get your new movie.

That's the problem with Netflix. What can you exactly do? This is why I find it better to get an On Demand feature from cable companies or over the internet. I'm not talking about sites like moviescapital or 80millionfreemovies. Their movies are never updated. Maybe you should use iTunes, however, it gets a little expensive.

We have on demand through our satellite but it costs a little more. Like I said, I have never had a problem with netflix until now. I will just have to wait through the weekend, I mean it's not like I have NOTHING to watch...... I have plenty, but I really wanted to see that movie, considering that I have 3 young children, so I didnt get to go see it when it came out in theaters!
