Inter religion marriages in India

Still in India people are hesitating to do Inter religion marriages. Like a christian marrying a Hindu, or a Hindu marrying a Muslim is still not accepted widely here.
I think we the people has to change this scenario to make more bonding between people of different religion.

well friend its a very difficult task when it comes to religion,its a very different scenario in India,Pakistan or mid eastern countries..i don't think this will ever change..because there are two types of people in this whole world one would like to change and the other would prevent the person to change...this will always result in something that we don't want..

If that is the case, why are we waiting for the society? are we scared? is that the truth? i know we are social animals but that does not mean society has bought us!
should we care enough about what society thinks?
i do not think anyone can affect us until we let them to.
