suggestions

how would you get out of depression? any suggestions would help.

There are ups and owns in life. Everyone has to pass through them. If you feel depressed some times, one way that would help to overcome it is to find some thing that you enjoy doing, a favorite hobby for instance, and spend time often with that. Some people also practise "Yoga meditation" to feel relieved of the stresses of life.

go out often during the day, especially mornings when the weather's good, and busy yourself with the things that interest you or get you relaxed. exercises like jogging, brisk walking, or running, or anything that will make you sweat and keep your mind pleasantly distracted also help. meeting up with and friends who will listen or just to keep you company when you're down works too. otherwise, work, work, or just keep busy to keep you emotionally, mentally, and physically occupied. personally, i consider work and reading or relaxing at the beach as my forms of therapy. good luck!
