The man I love so dearly is still here on this earth. But I do on occasion go to my parents which is 800 miles away for bout a month. We take this time to grow as individuals and to reintroduce each other to each other. A way to long for our spouse. If anything ever happened to him I would be lost. I wouldn't feel like there could be air in my lungs. But I know he would want me to continue and to live life as much as I can. Although I wouldn't move on well. I would be hard broken. It would take a long time to heal and no words to explain how to deal with such an impact of that lost in my life. And hope to god that he takes us both at the same time so i won't ever have to Feel that Bad and unspeakable emotion.

First of all, I must admit it is very difficult. Initially you feel the emptiness round the clock. You will feel the absence. But later on, it might get eased out. Particularly, if you have an alternative. However, it is the best way to be engaged in something different you love. If you have a hobby, pay most of your attention towards it. Otherwise, develop a hobby. Set a different target and work constantly to achieve that. It will surely offer some sort of respite from the thoughts. I hope it helps you.
