How to post referal links

I am trying to post my referral links for ptc , sites etc on here and my blog, but I am unable to generate the link, I want to have a banner on my profile page here on which the guest clicks and he would be taken to the ptc site to register using my referral . can anyone tell me who to do that here and also on blogs?
