how to make me successful ?

everyone want to be successful whatever you do.for example ,you want to get a job from the some company that is very famous ,how do you make you get a job there easily?
in fact ,it is difficut to get a job in a famous company especiallywhen you graduate from the university or you have no job experience .but these ways maybe could give you a hand .
they are a word:"can " = confidence + advanced preparation + numbers.
the ""numbers" means that keeping a close check on the actual numbers or details of what are you doing.

Indeed I think you should start by a smaller company... in smaller companies work is more informal, you have at the same time more resposibilities (you get to try a lot of things) and your decisions and actions have less impact on money... if you have 4-5 years experience working for a small company, larger companies will not hesitate to hire you^^

accumulating the job experience or the life experience is the basic .you are right that doing the smaller thing then doing the bigger .
