What's Your Choice if You choose Christmas Present for an Australian Teacher

Christmas day is coming, I just wondering to buy a Christmas present for my Australian teacher, who is a man about 60 years old, kind and helpful. Since he is Catholic, I just wondering whether it is ok to buy a book about Mother Teresa for him? I know he respet her very much. I don't know much about Australian, so i need your help. Could you anyone give me some suggestion? Thank you forward!

The first thing I thought of was maybe a gift card for a book store? All teachers love books and reading. That way he could pick out his own book. Or if you're confident in your ideas about the book about Mother Teresa - go with that! :-)

Dear Jennlk84, thanks for your comment. Actually, perfect idea if buy gift for a native teacher, but he is not. I think he will have some trouble if pick up books from our book store. hehe. I think i get a good idea for my native teacher gift, thanks. :) I am sure he like the book about Mother Teresa. I wonder which one is better. hehe.
