Cssiduyz- Without viewing the survey it is difficult to say what they were speaking about, but I surmise it had to do with the evidence being brought to court. I have read of many cases where Facebook correspondences and wall posts were entered in as evidence. In one case it saved a kid from prison who had been wrongly accused of committing a robbery. I do not agree that Facebook or any other social site is responsible for divorce. Divorce occurs when two persons cannot get along and do not wish to continue their relationship/marriage any longer. I think there are a lot of factors that are involved where divorce is concerned. I believe one of the major factors to a marriage/relationship failing is a lack of communication. One of the issues we has as humans is our ability to place blame on things outside of the source. It is far easier for someone to blame Facebook or the lot instead of admitting they failed to listen, failed to communicate, failed to love, or so forth. If you have a link to the survey I'd be interested to read it and comment further. Namaste-Anora

Facebook can not be blames for the increase in divorces. I think e wrong with the something must be wrong with the relationship if the end result is divorce. a Facebook is merely a way to keep up with friends and family. If someone steps across a line, it's because their relationship is already suffering.

I do not think that facebook can be blamed for divorce, no one blamed telephone for divorce did they, even though you can communicate with your mistress via the phone. I think Facebook is just convenient prove, as everything is written down. Unless you bugged your other half's phone you'd have no prove that would hold in court that he was having an affair.
