Alertpay Login problems......

I've had my account for over a year and it's the first time anything like this has ever happened to me. First, I've never logged into the account from any computer other than my main one at home. Hence, my login details are automatically filled in when I access the main page of Alertpay. So, it came as a surprise when I hit the login button only to get an error message. The error is that my email address is not valid! Huh?!?!?!? I've sent them a support ticket already and am waiting for their reply but I was wondering if anybody else has experienced this? What was your situation and what was the end result? What did you have to do to get your account back in working order? I've got copies of nearly all my transaction receipts as well as my original welcome letter. Have you been through this with Alertpay?
