Should there be edit button in mylot?

Hello Demodulator, I think all of us make mistakes when writing in English, especially the ones of us who don't have English as our first language. It would be nice, indeed, if there were an "Edit" button to correct our posts after we submit them. But instead of the "Edit" button, we have the "preview response" button. We are supposed to preview our response before posting it, but how many of us use this preview button? We are always in a hurry and we hit the "post response" button as soon as we finished our comment. Only after we posted it we see that some typos have escaped, but then is too late.

As far as I know I think it is not that you don't pay attention because edit button is where to be found here in mylot after posting your post. Well I think in one way that there should be an edit button so that we can correct your mistakes. sometimes we make some simple silly errors that would lead to misinterpretation of you post. Infect in one of my response to on one of the discussion I actually wanted to type " i don't think it is our goal to get rich" but my mistake i have typed it as " i don't think it is not our goal to get rich". So others would have surely misunderstood it. Sometimes we feel that what we have posted is wrong. So in that sense we wish it would me great to have edit button.But coin always has two sides. SO on other side it would surely bring kind of drawbacks to mylot. Say some body has started a discussion regarding and some other few has responded. Now what if the one who has started the discussion wants to edit it and diverts it from original discussion? The responses are waste then. They have wasted time and time is money if we are money minded.

I think it would be nice. I for one have discovered mistakes and typos I have made and wish that I could go back and edit them and fix them, so that I don't look foolish. I think it is always good to be able to edit stuff, because we all make mistakes, and it is always nice to be able to fix them ourselves.
