What's your opinion on tattoos?

Hi, mylotters! Do you have a tattoo? Have you ever thought about having a tattoo? The reason I'm asking is that I'm thinking about having one. I still don't have any tattoes. It's not necessary, I'm just interested in it. What's your opinion on that?

It depends on what mood I'm in which I know is a strange thing to say. Sometimes I think tattoes are gross and at other times I think they are sexy (on men, not on women), especially the more subtle, artistic ones. I see some of the Premiership footballers on telly that have tattoes all over just ONE arm! I find that very strange. It's not as though they don't have enough money to get the other one done is it?

There are two Magpies players who are like that. Just one arm completely covered and nothing on the other. They both have the same first name funnily enough too. Dane! But one of them just started getting the outlines done for his other arm. He might have had it coloured in by now in the off season just recently maybe? I think the whole team would have gotten new tattoos to commemorate the premiership win.

Strange that isn't it? I wonder if their other arm will be a mirror image of the arm that's been tattoed, or if they'll go for a completely different design? "Dane" what a great name, I love it!

I think the design would be different. They have full sleeves so from a distance they would look the same.

I do not have any tattoos, but I have always wanted one. I am glad now that I never got one when I was 18 or 20 though as the design I would have chosen then, I would hate now. I had a look at a few designs a few years back and I liked a few, but never got around to doing it. Now that I am 37, I think I will not bother eve getting one. I have kind of lost interest in it.

I don't have a tattoo and I don't want to have a tattoo. It is painful to have a tattoo. Besides, people may have discrimiation to the people who have tattoos as they think they may be bad people. If one day you are tired of your tattoo, it is too difficult to remove it. And when you grow old, the tattoo will look terrible. I love China

I would not get one myself. It's a permanent thing and costs a lot of money to hide if you decide you don't like it, usually with another tattoo or expensive laser treatments. The thought of marking up my body with something that will sag and look silly when I'm in my 80's is kind of funny to me, picturing it. I think if you want one you should get one but think about it very seriously and try to think of all the bad points as well as the good. Think how you will regard it in the future, what your children or future wife might say, things like that. Then get it or not. But remember that it is permanent!

I always wanted to have a daisy tattoo on the front part of my feet, but I can't have the guts to have it done! No pain, no tattoo! I always admire people who have tattoos. But if ever I will have one, I will need to get in touch with the best tattoo artist. Hey, it's going to be permanent and I don't want it to be a mess! I think it would be embarrassing to have a tattoo-gone-bad on your skin. Haha! Hilarious!

I like tattoos in moderation. I got my first one just a few days after I turned eighteen years old and I got my second one when I was nineteen years old. I would like to get another one as well, but I haven't decided what kind of tattoo that I want, I just know that I want it to symbolize my children. That said, I also think that there are some people that go over the line and have too many tattoos.

hi stand oh my I am an old fuddy duddy but I think most of them are hideous and why mess up your lovely skin with old cruddy tatoos but depending on whether you are man or woman a little heart is kind of cute. I myself am much too old for tatoos and never really wanted one either.
