It is raining in my place and most places in my state due to certain depression in weather condition, 72 hours of slow but continious rain is over, they say it will continue for another 48 hours
due to this vegetable, flower price have gone up, roads have accumulated water, i had been to market, near my home to buy vegetables and flowers for Laxmi puja tomorrow, but i got wet because i didn't carry umbrella..
how about you, do you carry umbrella, raincoat during rains?
do you feel lazy like me?

I catch cold very fast and it will not leave me soon. Hence I am doubly careful in carrying an umbrella with me whenever there is a threat for rain.

It's better to be prepared..

Hello,
I'm in Hyderabad and for the entire week it has become a bit cold. Cold alone is not an issue here and in fact, being from Delhi, I welcome it. But the bad part is that the cold has brought rain with it and it has really made the weather messy. You don't want to go to work, you don't want to go and get your groceries and in fact, you don't even want to get out of bed.

Most of the time I don't carry umbrellas but my mother will always carry it whenever there's rain. I don't carry it as there are a lot of shelters along the way as I go home, including my school, along the train tracks and all the way home. I also feel lazy to carry one, as when I reach home, I need to take a bath too

Hello friend, i love rainy days, but here it doesn't rain so much. I wish it was raining more often, because i am in special mood. It's not lazy, it's not bad mood, just nice feeling, nice noises outside.
I never wear umbrella when it's raining outside. I don't go out too much, i love to watch the rain, what it is. If the sky got lights, that's the best emotion for me.

I usually don't carry an umbrella or a rain coat when it rains. Silly, I know, I just don't always think of it. We have snow right now. The weather has been crazy here with all this snow and the horrible winds. What a weird year in weather, that's for sure! We don't usually see this kind of crazy snow/wind until January or February!

hello kal,
am never used to bringing an umbrella even if it is the folded type and could get inside my bag. i am just not comfortable with holding an umbrella. i keep losing it.
but lately though, i might consider it especially when i have my knee aching again because of the weather. it would certainly be a nice sibstitute for a walking cane.

Yep that weather does sound bad. But at least it is not snow, which it has been doing on and off all week around here. Still if there is any rain in the forecast, it is best to have an umbrella around. With snow, some warmer clothing will not go wrong. It is always best to be prepared after all and be ready for whatever it brings. It is better than getting soaked and then ill.

I always bring an umbrella, rain or shine.
Mom doesn't let me out of the house without it. It's been raining in our place recently too- almost every morning- it's such a hassle because I go to school (it's a 45-50 minute and 3 rides) so I really get wet even with an umbrella.

It was really snowy and rainy yesterday and that made driving very treacherous.I has a hard time getting home as the roads were very slick and dangerous.Other parts of our province of NB got a lot more now then we did as we primary go rain. They received around 25 to 30 centimeters of snow and high winds which made white out conditions for a lot of areas.Schools , business and government buildings were closed for the day due to weather and power crews had to work hard to restore power for the province.Around 5 - 6 thousand people lost power for almost a day and some are still without power even now. Hopefully this sort of thing does not happen often this winter.

It's wet weather over here too. IT's the rainy season now, and rainfalls are expected. SO far so good, there ain't any continuous rain though rainfall is quite heavy to flood some low lying areas. I have a love and hate relationship with rain, but i still like it raining especially at night so that i'm able to sleep comfortably. When it rains in the day, i have an umbrella in my bag so i'm not worried.

I carry an umbrella with me during heavy rainfall but if it's just drizzling sometimes I don't. The weather condition in your place is depressing and yes it can affect the market prices and the economy as a whole.
It's only normal to feel lazy or even sleepy during rainy season because of the gloominess and the cool effect of the weather.
