How satsified are you with your Internet Service Provider?

I have verizon for home DSL line. They've been pretty good to me for years. I don't use it as much anymore because I'm on the road a lot & I do use my phone more often than my laptop now. Most of the times when I'm home, I do simple things like emails & basic site searches.

Oh my goodness, this is the exact oposite of me. I am with virgin, honestly, i dont recommened them. I am only on them as my mom is a programmer, and her company pays for theinternet, they have some deal with virgin. Problems i have experienced:
Always slow internet, always
Internet keeps cutting out completely
Sometimes they actually shut offthe internet in my area, so save money. When you phone, they say reset ur router. We kept doing this, and eventually asked them to send a maintence team. Later, we found out the maintance team were cancelled by them, as they already knew the internet would work anyway, as they had turned it off!!!
They have been actually directly rude when phoning for support
The router they sent doesnt even work!
Am i the only one who has this?

Sounds like an Internet provider that I had. The same situation almost as well, my Dad got a discount at work. It was a different company that might have since went out of business. Still it was some bad times. It is really the worst when support is rude. We're paying for your service and thus pretty much helping keep the business that you have your job at alive. I can say I really do not care anymore. Before, when I used to play World of Warcraft like mad, I did care so much, and it was like 40% satisfied. Owing we pay the premium to get 3MBPS connection per month. And yet, I get lags. But, at the moment, I can say I am 80% alright with my service provider.

I don't really play those high end games, at least as much. However given what I have heard about World of Warcraft, it needs a pretty good Internet connection or at least decent enough for it to work. Thank you for your response. I have 2 Internet service provider but i only use one of them because i am satisfied with it.
The other one is so irritating because after about 30mins to 1 hour my onlines games are lagging and that`s one of the things i really hate:)
