Soodbux....is this site legit?

I just wanted to know if any of you guys are using soodbux...because I saw this site and joined a month ago, it disappeared and reappeared again...and I'm not as naive as I was before, so before I click any ads there, I'm asking here first if anyone knows this site...is it another scam site?

I never been heard that site, have you read there terms and conditions? because some say that you will determine if the site is legit or not by analyzing there terms and conditions.

I would do this as well. If the terms state how payments are received et cetera then you can forcibly get what is yours if needed. Try to get the sites webmaster and IP for future use if you can.
