Hilarious PTC Site!!!

I am addicted to PTC sites, I don't know why but I even chose to click ads than write my articles which means money for sure...I always find myself clicking ads and really thats ridiculous:) because you dont really earn much money with PTC...but then its fun to make few cents just clicking...:) anyway, I recently joined this PTC site and it was a good site because I was able to request a payment on the first day and after making a few clicks but then the following day, a could no longer log in to my account because of multiple accounts, they say...so I tried every possible way, i cleared my cached and cookies, reset my modem, switch browsers, and I contact support several times and they would email me back stating that; they did nothing to my account, i try clearing cookies and that they checked my account and saw nothing negative....but when i tried logging in, again, i failed....so i contact support again, and the reply was really hilarious..."we do not know this"....hahaha:) how can a support center don't know about these issues and how to solve the problems of their members?...I also have the same problems with other sites but they were able to solve everything because they can and they know how...
