I recently had surgery and have 2 scars I would like to put something on to help them fade, but I don't know what to use. Any suggestions?

the best thing not to do is tan for a year. not in that area. I also used a product from avon to help tighten my skin back. It's in a purple tube. I never had luck with the cocoa buttter people are sugesting or the vitamin e. I hear a product called mederma works well to you can find at any discount store. You might have found it by now though.

Cocoa Butter does help. There are OTC creams that you can buy specifically for scars that have good results as well.

I heard you can shave them off slowly and they will dissapear. I am working on one and it seems to be going away slowly.

They're pretty big, I think I'll need some help to get rid of them.

Cocoa butter works ok but there's this product called Maderma (for scars) that works really well. I hope this helps!
