Need help in learnng english

i am a fresh man in english
because i am Chinese
now i find a job that require me to talk with foreigner in english
but when i talk with the english speaker
they said they have trouble in understand me
so i want talk more with the english speaker

You could watch shows in English, and repeat what they say, and practice saying the words clearly! I don't have skype, but good luck!

Hi, it seems spoken English is more important than writen, right? It is easy if just spoking. Just find English speakers and talk to them, not shy. Just remember"Pratice makes perfect". Good luck to you and wish you success.

yeah
in my opinion i think sopken english is more important than writen
because i can look up the word in the dictionary
my problem is that i have a poor pronunciation
so i hope some pure english speaker can help me improve my pronunciation
