As of now,we are facing the financial crisis so we have to be very wise.we have to put our money in the most important thing.as much as possible on our basic needs.i know Christmas is a time for giving.but we have to be practical.we can be creative, we can give something that is personalized.the receiver of the gift will appreciate it more, since you are the one who make it.that is my idea about it.

thats cute that you will do something yourself and offer it^^ yes thats more special sure but sometimes people prefer to buy something that the other person like. that way is simpler. some people dont like much things done by hands you know. some prefer more expensive things. i really wish that you be happy this year and have a lot of cute things creative things to offer^^ and also to receive^^

This christmas i will give presents to the ones that i love, that is my children. Ok, i know you were on about a relationship but as i am single then i have to look at others for who i love and nobody is more important than my children. I normally love to see what she wants, then i make time to go and get something that i know she would like and appreciate aswel as also getting a few other gifts. It is the thought that counts and not how much money you spend, you can spend hardly anything but if it comes from the heart and you have put thought into it then in other ways it is more important than an expensive gift. Like for me, yes in the past i have bought nice gifts but i have also told my partner to sit back and put her feet up while i make christmas dinner, there are many different things that can be done.

yes i understand that for you right now the most important is your son^^ but now you said like is a girl but wasnt it a little boy with one year old? thats what i understood before in previous discussions^^ anyway im single now and dont have much money so to offer christmas presents is even complicated to save money even to my family even more to give to my ex^^ so i dont know if will buy him something. anyway wish you can buy something sweet to your son^^

He is a boy, he is 3 in january, when i said her, i meant if i was with someone and what i have done in the past when i have been in a relationship. Sorry to be a little confusing. He is your ex, don't waste your money on him, your family, including you yourself need that money, it all helps so best to keep hold of it and put it to good use, that will be to help pay the bills.

I have always been very generous and creative with my gifts to my boyfriend. He deserves more than anyone I know. This year has been very difficult for me financially as I lost my job, my house and loads of bills. I will be creative again, maybe not be able to spend a great deal of money as I don't really have much. He tells me not to buy him anything, but I will, I think a new daily coat would be a perfect gift because his daily coat is a bit run down. Two Christmas ago I bought him a heavy trench long coat and last year I bought him a very nice suit. So I think a nice daily coat for him to use to go to work will be nice, we shall see..

thats good that you will offer him a nice coat^^ im sure that anything you give him he will love it bcs he will know that it is with your best intentions^^ and about the money he knows that it wasnt an easy year for you about money so im sure he doesnt mind at all if is something cheap or expensive as long as you give it to him with love^^ that doesnt matter what is but the meaning it has^^ the message it pass that you love him^^

I have a different opinion concerning gifts in special occasions, it may sounds extreme for you or other people, but it's just my opinion sweetloveforever. We don't have christmas in here, lol, differet religion, but i gess that gifting sometimes becomes a huge burden in those occasions, like you said, you have finanial problems that makes you a bit unable to afford a good gift for the ones you care for, so my opinion is that visiting them or call them at those specific occasions is better thatn any gift. Remembering those loved ones in such occasions is the best gift ever according to me, why am i saying that, i'll tell you. These great occasions need to stay away from materialistic thing, why ? coz if the one you love expect something & you gift him something else, he'll get grumpy, lol, & that's the least thing that can happen. people in such occasions, they don't think who they visit, but what they'll gift them this year, so my opinion, it's not bad to gift people, but don't make it your goal in these beatifull days. I suppose those occasions are meant for meeting loved ones & spend this time with them, thats' the best gift.

yes sure i see what you mean^^ that the most important is spend those times with people that we love and that love us back^^ and not really the gifts. the presents for me are important too bcs i like to give to people i love but sure that spend time with them is very important bcs what wil a present do if you spent the christmas alone? sure that is a time to be near people we love and celebrate and be happy^^

Well I am not sure what to buy because she everything I am thinking I will take her to a costly mall because she only likes costly things and I will tell her to buy what ever she wants or else I was thinking of gifting her a diamond necklace or a diamond bracelet or a diamond ring or I will buy all three......

she just likes costly things? thats not good at all. i see what you mean that she likes costly things but i mean what matters is that you love her and give her a nice present showing your love for her. doesnt matter how much it costs. i see that you really are very rich to think about offer her only diamond things. i dont think you should buy all those things. a simple thing i guess she would like anyway but sure choose anything you like^^

I don't know what am i gonna give to my bf this Christmas. Since i don't have money and since sending him a gift will cost me much, i think i will be giving him more love, more understanding and trust and of course i think i will be very good to him this time. I know it doesn't cost me much but i know he will surely love it because it comes from the heart and with effort and of course with love
