I really hate my boss. He like to blame others when there is something happen. We are sales deparment to promote personal financing products. At first, i was told that our comission payout base on approval cases. He want me to brief others. But after a week, he had changed and the comission payout is base on S&P sign and he blame me and saying that i didn't gave clear information to other. But in fact, i really dont know about this because the scheme that he told me earlier is really different with the latest scheme. Besides, every time i gave suggestion to him, he will straight away reject. But after 1-2 months, he will take my suggestion as his new idea. Are you happy with your boss? What kind of boss you have now?

I had a very good boss who use to welcome always our ideas and suggestions. He use to put forth a question for solutions when ne needs advice. But we unlucky he has moved out and new person has stepped in. He has trying to bring in the same culture of his old company. I have disliking my boss because the way he speaks does not get into our head.

Yup, its not easy to get a good boss. My ex-boss in ex company is good. Very close to her and she is very nice. Treat us as friend. So, its hard to get a good boss and its hard to lost a lousy boss.

My current boss is really nice but annoys me because what he tells me today, will be completely different to what he wants next week. It could be worse - my previous bosses either had no idea what I actually did in the company. One of them actually said to me "I know I ask you for this, but what I want you to provide is this thing five steps on in the process" - like if he asked me for the letter A, he wanted the letter E instead. I had that from him all the time. In the end I offered to bring my tarot cards in with me or get a crystal ball so I'd have a clue what he actually wanted and couldn't articulate. Funnily a week later I was transferred to a new manager. I'm considering starting to demand my boss mail me his demands so I can point to what he asked and kick it back to him when he changes his mind, I'm so tired of dealing with the bull.
