I absolutely love tea and I always drink it instead of coffee in the morning. I feel like it wakes me up but does not give me the jitters first thing in the morning. I love drinking teas like jasmine, green tea, orange, those really cool flowering teas are really good too. If any one here likes teas as much as I do please take a look at my profile it's got a great treat. Thanks for looking and have a great holiday.

I love tea also. But I drink black tea. I'm from England so I was sort of brought up to drink it. I'm not much of a fan or green tea or other flavors, but one I like on occations is rasberry tea, that I drank after my baby was born, and then cold peach tea is a nice change at times.

Thanks for the comment on my topic, I also love traditional black tea and of course I love raspberry tea as well. There is nothing like a nice ice cold tea in mid summer. If you would like to see some great flavors of teas or even get great organic black tea you could look at my profile and there is a great site to purchase from if you like.

Tell me about it my ex husband was a real green tea drinker as he would drink it to help him loose weight and just loved the flavor but was up at all hours of the night. It was so hard to get him to sleep and the funny thing is he would then go to drink his green tea again because he said it calmed him but he still had trouble sleeping, go figure right. Ahh glad things worked out the way they did for me because now I can sleep through the night really well lol.

I don't drink tea instead of coffee, but in ADDITION! LOL I like it every once in a while, especially the loose stuff and the flavored stuff. Can't name any brands off the top of my head, but my friend bought me some that come in blueberry - raspberry - vanilla - peach, etc, and they are awesome!

LOL someone after my own heart. I love drinking tea but adore my coffee as well and I, like you love the loose flavored tea. I actually get mine from a website that I have on my profile and I love their teas. They have these great flowering teas that I just tried and they are delicious and so beautiful to look at. I hope you have a great holiday and thanks for responding to my posts, I really appreciate it.

I like to drink tea too. It is much more better than coffe. In an article I read before about the tea, those who drink a lot of tea will have good memories. They can remember things very well. However, those who have the habit of drinking tea very much will the headache most of the time. My good friend, my father and myself did have such symptom before. Ture of not, judge by yourself.

Wow, that is why I love mylot because here I can learn a lot of things. I never thought that drinking tea could give you headaches but I guess I will see as I love to drink tea rather than anything else. I usually drink caffeine free tea though so maybe that would make a difference with the headaches, I guess we will see.

LOL, well tea is not for everyone some teas are an acquired taste so it is understandable that some people will not like tea at all. My brother is actually one of those people who can't stand any type of tea either and he always pokes fun at me because I am always drinking tea. He says I must have been switched at birth because no one else in my family really cares for tea LOL, I guess I had to be the odd one out some how right? LOL. Thanks for the comment.

Hi Vicereine I don't like to drink tea or coffee because I only drink milk and I think milk is very good for health. I believe that drinking tea or coffee may spoil your sleeping habits. Have a nice day.

Really? I never thought about that but I always have a nice cup of Chamomile tea before bed and it helps me to sleep so good and it really relaxes me. Milk is good to though but I add milk to my tea haha, so I do get some good stuff out of it. I hope you have a great holiday and thanks so much for the response.

Hi vicereine! Yeah i love tea as much much as i love coffee. It enables me to stay awake and alert. I regularly drink green tea that is cold. I just found out that green tea contains anti-oxidants and can be very beneficial to our health in terms of preventing cancer.

Cool maybe you will like the link I posted to a great tea site that has all types of tasty and interesting teas. I have already tried a few of them and they are so so good. I just got the holiday teas and am waiting for them in the mail but am sure they are tasty. Actually the green tea has many beneficial qualities including like you say the anti oxidents and also metabolic benefits as well. It's so nice to see that others share my love of tea.

I too love tea and my favourite one is green tea, white tea, and also peach tea. I also love mixing my tea with ginger and a bit of sugar or honey. The only thing is I mostly love to have my tea plain without any sugar or milk. Otherwise I will just use brown sugar or honey if I wanted my tea to be sweeter. Have a nice day to you

Instead of having coffee, i think the tea is the better option as i prefer having tea. In summer season, i would like to have very less tea, but i am used to have much tea in winter season. Apart from it, i would like to have simple tea as my main motive is to warm up my body and there is no better option than this one.
