Why some site don't accept payment from unverified user?

I have few dollars on my Paypal. I decided to invest it on onbux but unfortunately they don't accept payment form unverified Paypal account. So I Plan to choose Alertpay pay payment option in onbux, so I can use my earnings from onbux to upgrade and invest on referrals. How about you, Have you had encounter similar problems? I just don't get it why they don't accept payment from unverified Paypal user? Is there any problem they would encounter when they accept from unverified Paypal user?

They are right about security reasons. But it is not advisable to use AP here in the Philippines. The fees will be very high! So, just verify your paypal account by using EON debit card.

Any way getting verified on Alertpay in the Philippines is very easy, they just ask you for your mobile number and they send you an SMS or text with a verification code , all you need to do is enter that code when prompted ,viola you are verified. With paypal you have to pay a verification fee which is charged against your credit card, you wait for the next credit card billing cause the verification code is there for you to enter .Personally I think no harm if you verify both accounts just in case, again that depends on our preferences

Yeah, I think it's more for security reasons. The reason for verification of paypal and alertpay is to ensure the existence of the account holder and that the account holder has either valid bank account or credit card or debit card to maintain transactions in that account. If the account is unverified, it may just mean that the account may be fraud and they may be exposing themselves to more danger of payment being reversed since paypal usually protects buyer more than seller. In addition, having an unverified paypal account may also mean that you may not be able to send money from that account. Then what's the point of adding such account?

You can add money but unless you have a bank or a credit card you will be considered unverified.

Hi, first of all Mayrah, i have good news for you, you can make PayPal verified with Payonneer MasterCard, i don't know if you have one, coz i received mine last couple of days for free :D
If interested mayrah i dcan help you with that, they shipped my card in 25 days :-)
If you are a member in oDesk or any other program that gives free MasterCard, you can join them & have your card shipped to the adress where you live.
About your question, does it hurt PayPal or bux site to deal with unverified PayPal accounts, i love to know why too, lol.

Oh,no!I and you are almost!And I also have a Paypal accoount,I also do it again onbox project,that means such as I also not line of rightness,I also must again go to register a Alertpay account.Thanks for your reminding,this is very helpful to me,and relly appreciate it.

Hello friend,
as i remember, paypal need that verification if you want to withdraw money from paypal to your debit card too, so that's normal. This is how they will be sure that you are not underaged or the account there is really yours, you are not using someone else id card of information.
As i remember, you need to send them only your id card first and second face, that's how they will compare your information from the id card and the information in paypal and will be sure that you exist as a person.
I think that's really normal, if it's about money. When it's about money, everything need to be clear.
