i could not post any blog or article in Tech-doctor site

hi friends,
i have joined in Tech-doctor deal site last week itself,i am actively participating in this site,but i have not find how to post a new article(new question) either in new post or forum,i have searched for new article tab in both tabs ,but i have not find any in that site,once i have posted a question also,but i have not find that question also,where it is gone,any one from mylot friends can guide me about this site,have a nice day

If you have posted 15 comments already then you are allowed to post a thread. If you have done this and started your own thread but you have not seen that thread of yours, it means that the moderator did not approve that because that thread is already in existence or it's not related to the category at all.
I suggest that you should read the guidelines in techdoctor because they are really strict when it comes to posting of threads. A thread shall be reviewed by the moderators first before you can see them. It make take 3 hours or more sometimes 24 hours before you can see your thread posted if it gets approved.

thanks for the response,still i have not understand about it,and it is difficulty to understand their restrictions in writing,kindly say the main things to follow while posting a new article,you have not mentioned how to post a new article in Techdoctor site,please help me,have a nice day

Hi yugasini, @toniganzon mentioned that you are able to post a new thread if you have completed 15 replies to other members thread.If you are completed 25 replies, then only you can place your signature links. There are many such rules in TDD as in the case of many other sites.When you complete 15 replies, then the "new thread tab" will be activated.
