I'm done with those people whom keeps starting new discussions and yet don't really bother to respond or comment back to responders. As such, i have complained directly against them, and told them openly that i will delete them from my friend list. I've done that, and now waiting to see who's the next person to fall prey to my strike off.

I can't respond to every comment on my discussions especially what they says completely akin to the other which already commented back. I appreciate all the responses it's just that sometimes was running out of words to reply with.

That's provided one has got many responses to a single discussion and I can understand that. But how about starting 10 new ones today, did not comment back on responds to all the start post, yet go on to start another 5 the next day? At the end of the week, still no response from the start yet asking for ideas to start even more posts? What do u think of such a person?

That must be the other side of the story. Although we're not oblige to respond on the discussion we post I may call it discouragement to posters specifically to our friends who bother to leave comments every time they received notification for newly posted discussion.

Well, those who just start discussions but don't bother to respond, I think they are here just to make money. They don't see this friendly community at all. Alright, if that's their intention, solely here just to make money, then they are in the wrong place. I've a rule of thumb here and that is, "respond more, start less". This simply means that I'll respond more to discussions and start discussions only when I've something interesting to share or something to ask of the opinion of other Mylotters here. I guess what you've done is a wise move. Usually those who start discussions and don't respond back, the discussions are often of one-line sentences or questions and are bound to be deleted.

That's a huge mistake they are making. If they don't respond at all, they won't get to earn anything except for the first responds in their post. What makes me really frustrated is that, that person has the time to start more post and also asking around for ideas to start more, yet no time to respond to others and discussions start by others. It's not fair at all.

To each's own..Why does it matter so much if a person responds to every comment? It's not against the rules, not against the guidelines, doesn't mean that the person who started it doesn't appreciate the responses they got..You don't need to take it so personally!

The problem is, that particular person is asking for ideas from other mylotters, to start more discussions! With all the time he/she has, she/he is refusing to comment to any of its existing discussions. That has really put me off.

I actually dont know why people dont bother to respond, it makes more sense to respond as you are likely to get more reponses if people see that you are active in your discussions.

Yes, that's what I thought as well but it doesn't seem to be the case. I'm frustrated over this particular user who got the cheek to ask for more ideas from fellow mylotters for him to start more discussions but he has never been able to follow up in those existing ones!!

As long as u have friends in mylot, they will respond to your started post. If u have got those who keep starting new ones yet has got no time to respond to yours, u can strike them off your list.

I hope I don't fall into your prey to strike off. There are times I really do not know what to comment on those response for my discussion. Furthermore, my discussion have rather low responses although I thought that they are good topics.

U won't be on my radar as long as u are not starting like more than 10-20 discussions per day yet not commenting back.

haha =D Good for u!! I'm thinking of doing the same to people whom keeps starting new discussions yet refusing to comment back at all.. lol =D I've got 4 of them in my list, and maybe i should really do it. It's really boring to face the same people startin tons of stupid discussions and i'm being forced to respond. It's that kind of people that's turning other members off in mylot

Yes, that's what I noticed as well. They tend to start so many discussions but they are about the same things. I'm getting bored here and now I know who are the culprits responsible for the lost of interest in other mylotters.

It's nice to know you follow up on your discussions. I guess for some people, they start too many threads and when the responses start rolling in, they do not have the time to respond....and they are creating more threads. I have decided to stop starting discussions for a while and look-see look-see other's discussions. Would it be more appropriate if you "warn" them first? This is a place where we contribute to enrich the discussion, so every friend helps. Hmmmm....may I add you? And if I don't start discussions, would you delete me?

I did 'warn' them but it's useless because they don't even check on their own started post. As such, i just deleted them right away. I won't delete anyone who doesn't start discussions, unless they are inactive here.
