A time for change...

I just cannot wait any longer for the Celcom broadband congested service to be solve. I feel like I have been complaining to the customer service as good as pouring the water on the yam leave. The las time I called Celcom, the person answered my call told me that the broadband service is congested. I asked when they can fix the problem. he said that he can't give the exact answer when. He did told me that maybe next year...next year!??? How do they expect us to wait? They advertised in the local daily saying that they are the best but see what happened? So after consulting my friends which broadband provider is the best, they said that Maxis is better than Celcom. I went to check about Maxis broadband and at last I decided to register with the postpaid Maxis broadband. I wanted to buy the prepaid broadband but at that time, they alrady run out of stock. Never mind as long as I can forget the bad service from Celcom broadband. The package is for Rm100 and the monthly fee is Rm48. I have to use it at least for six months. Now I am using Maxis broadband..at first it is a bit slow but suddenly after a few minutes the light blinks into blue and the speed is very fast. I just hope that this time the Maxis broadband will not get into problem just like Celcom. Bye bye Celcom.....a time for a change!
