has anyone tried paysnork? does it really pay? how does it wotk, it is just my first time to learn about such thing that pays someone for chatting?

Yeah, I joined PaySnork about two days ago and apparently it is the best paying chat site now.
It would take a while to earn a reasonable amount but then again it's the same everywhere else too.
But YES, it really pays.

The people who chat with me seem like they are genuine, and they have told me that they have been paid. Try it yourself if you're really that curious and dont wanna believe me :)
