how do you workout?pls share!

so,what is your excercise routine?treadmill,swim,lift weights/all three what do you do to stay in shape?i like to walk a lot myself among other things,so what about you?

I use a healthrider explay bike in my home. I use it three times per week and when I first started using it I lost 60 pounds. So now I use it for cardio and to keep me healthy.

i do lift 3 times a week and 2 times for cardio/jog and swim for 30-45 min....the best thing to stay in shape is watch you eat, food don't really make you fat only abusing them or taking a large servings of the basic macro-nutrients a day makes us fat..

I strength train with weights and resistance bands. I do Pilates. My home gym consists of a incline bench, dumbbells, other assorted weights, bands, stability ball, mini-trampoline, and slideboard. In fact, the ball doubles as my desk chair. I am sitting on it now as I type this. (Tighten those abs! Work that core!) I also love hiking and do it year-round. Hot...cold...I'm out there.
