I have battleing wih carrier issues for years but recently I got a phone from walmart I have dropped it and it still works. I recently purchaced ringtones for my phone and the company I do business with was notified about an issue regarding ringtones. I paid enough for the tone and never got it . the company never gave me my money back upon request. I love the phone and the services. what I dont like is when people say things and dont do them at all. wireless providers, take advantage of prosumers and consumers , and its not fair for people to have to earn there own money, with in turn not get refunds for an item that was never recieved in the first place. I am on a fixed income and cant re download as the company wanted me to do. How do you feel about this ? do you think US subscribers start complaining to The F C C ? this is not just referring to the smaller companies this goes for ALL of them. and per text message rates such as verizon.. you have to be kidding me! what do you readers out here feel about this ? Thanks .
