With or without blanket? / myLot

Honestly, I cannot fall asleep without a blanket covering my feet up to my waist. It seems to be a vital part of my sleeping agenda, even if the weather is warm. How about you? Care to share your habits with the blankets? Cheers!

I'm the exact opposite!!!! I can't sleep if something is covering my legs so I wear only big t-shirts and underwear to sleep...even if it is freezing cold!!!

Blanket please. Without one - just can't sleep! I sleep in aircon room too. So its freezing without blanket.I don't have my favourite blanket and any blanket would do. Most important they are soft and it is fine for me :)

Hi nicregi! I feel the same way too, only our bedroom has aircon here in our place so it is cold and I can't sleep without the comfort of my blanket, lol!

Like you, I can't really sleep without a blanket. I feel a lot more comfortable sleeping with blankets covering me. It's just the way that I feel most comfortable to sleep in. I sleep better if I'm warm.

I share the same sentiments as you

. For me, be it hot or cold weather, blankets make my day and I'll be able to sleep well with them. I love quilts very much as they are thick and provide sufficient warmth required for a sound sleep.

I too can't sleep without a blanket covering my waist down. Even if im already perspiring being of the warm weather, i still put it on. If blankets are not available, i use my towel to cover my waist down to my feet. I just feel uncomfortable without it.

Hello My place is usually hot, even during winter it is not much cold, i need a thin blanket in winter, but in other seaons airconditioner keeps running even at night, i cover my with a thin cotton sheet, i find it cool rather A habit of years lol Thanks for this nice discussion.
