How do you smoke things? I bought some smoked marlin today... it is yummy! Also like smoked cheese, smoked meats etc. Do you need a smoking oven, can you make one? Smoked marlin is about 30 euros (that´s around 30 dollars I think) a kilo. So maybe I ought to invest in a smoking oven. Just want to know if anyone´s smoked anything themself and if it´s easy
