paypal not in pakistan

I am from pakistan and also earning money online but some site allow only paypal for payment so i face problem and even the site are good but i cant registered in them. i think in this electronic era, paypal must cover all countries where people earn from internet.

yeah PayPal is not in Pakistan but its alternative way of payment processor is Alert-pay which is easily accessible in Pakistan..!! if you want to further get guidance about it, add me and give a personal message so that i can guide you in more detail..!!

PayPal has to abide by the rules of the Government of the country in which its Head Office is situated.
