Who has not ever disappointed? anyone would ever feel disappointed, some were disappointed that job, friends, or even a disappointment because of the romance, love relationship with a partner. Feelings of disappointment were very diverse, there is easily forget the disappointment was that difficult but there can not even melupakaan sense of disappointment is. Disappointed it is normal but how do we cope with disappointment is the quality that distinguishes us?

Yes. Every human being in this world had been dissapointed at least once. I believe the beest way is to look at the bright side of life. I feel life is much more worth it than our sad feelings. Whenever we are having a bad day, think of our love ones or even funny things happened in life. We will feel much better than way :)

It is important not to carry insults in the heart. There are things from my past that should not make my life difficult. If I concentrate on some unpleasant things that have happened, it might be not easy to live life successfully, enjoy.

Good evening dear mylloter friend cssiduz , well actually sometimes dissapointement it comes and reaches our life exactly when we dont expect , and exactly from the persones we did not ever thinked or had doubts about that they will ever be capable to do something that will come as a dissapointment to us . I cann honestly and without shame say that i have been the reason of someones dissapointment a few times in my life , sometimes dissapointed my teachers whom would of expected to see more atention from my side and more involvement in the study time , because as they liked to say , i was good material , but need it to be motivated. Yes i have dissapointed people , and have camed to regret it , but i have never done something with the intetion to dissapoint that certain person ,so i cann say that along the time i have learned from my mistakes , but i have also learned how painfull it is to be dissapointed by someone dear , someone you have high hopes about and really care about , been dissapointed by persones i considered verry close friends and been dissapointed also by personnes from my familly , and the biggest dissapointement i have ever suffered i cann say that it had cammed from my familly , and more exactly my own cousin , but with time we came to forgive the persone , but i will never trust that person as i used to do before , and i have learned to share less with him then i had shared before , sometimes i cann say that karma camed back to pay me back . I wish you a great day dear friend. Florin Over and Out

Disappointment is inevitable in life because it comes with expectations. When results fall short of our expectations, disappointments kick in. In order not to be too disappointment, never try to expect too much no matter how confident we are. Things usually don't go the way as planned due to some unseen circumstances. WHile the other way to avoid disappointment is to turn it into motivation instead.
