help!! what's "reputation" here in mylot??

hi again mylotters..
i'm just curious about this "reputation" that some of the mylot members have.. like the stars beside their names and also has numbers inside it.. what's that for? and how could i get mine? i'm just a newbie here that's why there's a lot of things to familiarize here in mylot.. i hope you could help me..
