OK; for all the health food experts:
what foods help you lose weight..what cause you to gain weight.
I know there are oodles of pills you can take but
what are the natural ways to lose or gain weight?

There are no magic foods. I know, I know, you have heard different :) Foods provide nutrients. Now with all that being said, your best bet for losing weight is this simple: Drink water! You want to drink between 6-8 glasses of water a day! Pineapples have a special enzyme in them that will get rid of belly bloat, so you will want at least three servings a day and you'll get plenty of vitamin C as well. Eat plenty of protein, but no more than 20g per meal. Apple cider vinegar is also good for weight loss, but no more than 3 tablespoons a day. Coconut Oil, and it should be extra virgin coconut oil, is great at boosting your metabolism! It has 100's of other benefits as well. Exercise, exercise, exercise...it helps burn those calories and keep your metabolism up.

Surprised I didn't see in there " watch your carb intake"
Carbs give energy but too many carbs are bad..and it's these
that are the downfall for diabetics..

Hi,littlefranciscan,I'm 170cm,and 60 kg,,so I'm a little thin...not too much food,especially not too much suger,,then eat some fruit,,vegetalbe,some exercises is necessary...I think that's OK...FOR ME,I'd like to gain some weight..I can eat a lot,but I just can't gain weight..Doctor said that because I slept too little...
