I am not sure what you are totally asking but I will try to answer it... After you graduate from let's say a college then you want to find a job that is somehow related to that field of study. Sometimes people will find a temporary job while still searching for a better job.

Ah, I see. I think it depends greatly on the field of study. Sometimes such as education you can't really further your position unless you get a higher degree. While something such as business many times you can have a bachelors and work at a masters level position.

it depends on your condition. if you have the ability, you can go on. but if you dont want to further study, you can choose to work to make money.

There are benefits to both situations. Just like there are disadvantages. However, I think that you need to evaluate these advantages and disadvantages for yourself, as I think that they will vary from person to person.

I would get a part time job related to my field of study, and then when I could I would work on my masters...both at the same time. Sometimes it's hard going back o school after you enter the workforce, but if you are doing a little of each, it might be easier. Good luck and best wishes.

Hi, Very tough decision. I still do not know which is better, post graduation or job, although i acquired my post graduation degree (master) four year ago and work since that time. It depends on many factors, such as your dream, your ecnomic cituation, your fimaly factor, your major field. So try to take all related factor into consideration together and make a good balance on those factors, and then make the final dicisoin. If need any help, please send me message.

It is always good to get higher qualification, this will definitely help you get a better job. However, it really depends on you. Are you interested in the subject that you are going to learn? Will this prepare you with better skills that you can use in your future job? Is your financial situation OK for continuing PG? ... I worked five years after graduating from the university, and then I went back to get a master degree. Now I have a better job and higher salary. So really, it all depends on what you want. Good luck!

Friend better you do Post Graduation because as of now i did only graduation and working in a company. If you do Post Graduation then you will get so many career options and you will be in good position. Means you need not to struggle more like doing job after graduation. So think twice or thrice and take a good decision. Still you have time to come up in life.

Hi Nitish, It all depends on your situation. If your financial conditions are fair enough and no worries of money then you go with your Post graduation. After finishing your Post graduation you can find a better paying job compared to graduation. If you need to work to support your Father and family then go for a job and do part time Post graduation. It is always better to enrich your qualification. You can have real time experience as well as Pg in your hand after two years. Happy learning & earning Calpro
