is extradime.com legit or scam?

by just surfing the internet, i just found out a new site that promise to pay me for referring friends, starting a new thread and other activities. it is extradime.com. i just wanna know if any of you knows this site is legit or scam? i dont know how to start or post a discussion because i just signed up about 5 minutes ago and the site infos looks a little bit complicated. pls help me.

It seems to be a legitimate program, though rather specialised. It deals especially in sale notifications, special offers, notices of cashback, discount, coupons and similar things.
It is very important to read this page: http://www.extradime.com/index1.php?pageid=program before posting on the site so that you understand what you do earn credits for and what is not allowed.
