Hello Lotters, Talked about something that has been almost predicted before, it's somehow revealed that she is running for 2016 elections, after his brother Noynoy Step Down from the Office. Her plan was to run for Governor of Tarlac since it's the families most dominant area in terms of political territory. although for now, i site no experience on her side as a public servant, he PR talk will be put to more pressure. besides, she consider herself as a Public figure so she gets used to it. Opinions on this matter, doesn't have to be that serious. but i guess we are almost all got used to the fact that celebrities running for politics now. it's like SHOWBIZ-tics now a daysI won't be surprised either if she turns to senator then President Have a Great day

Well I guess it is the right of every citizens here in the Philippines to run for any government position he/she desires for as long as she qualifies the requirements of the law. I think Kris not looking at her personal life can run for any government position she desires. It is just like Manny Pacquiao whom many have questioned his ability but then somehow in his second try he won and now that he is a Congressman already he seemed to be doing pretty well in his chosen political career. Well we can never know and it depends on his or her will and passion to serve his constituents and the trust given on her that will decide on her fate to enter politics.

Well he is a neophyte congressman, so we cannot really expect something from him for now. He still has three years to prove his worth in Congress. But so far in terms of attendance in Congress he shows that is doing good at least. I too had some doubts about Manny but I guess it is the constituents that really decide on who they want to vote. With regards to Kris well she has the charisma and I think the Tarlaquenos will be the one to decide on that one not the whole nation.

I am not even impressed with his so called seminar on governance when it should have been done when he was just in the boxing career. not to mention giving up boxing first then run for a local position not mayor immediately.

Hello again Rsa, I never liked Manny Pacquiao winning the Congress. first off, when he mentioned making simple laws, it's like making ordinances which aren't sure if it's effective. I haven't seem him make debates on certain issues and laws that hasn't pass. he should have tried to be Mayor at least, experience the lowest part of the public service position. I do hope she will prove her wish to run for governor only (surpassing being a mayor), Aiko Melendez and others either started as Mayor or councilor...well, we shall see.

That's really ridiculous you know. Why would she do that? She's the type of person who wants to control everything. And her personality is so showbiz you know. She should just keep her celebrity status.I'm not angry at her or anything but when it comes to her personality, well I have to say her ways sometimes is too much irritating..:P

Hello Mikyle, I have never seen her in a debate, but am sure she's gonna go way around it like Bong Revilla did when he won again as a Senator.. Celebrities have the guts to run because they have that celebrity status and the people that blindly admires them with even consider testing them first before putting them in teh office.can you site an example how irritating she can be?

I see her on TV always and she tends to put drama in everything. She always have something up her sleeve so people will talk about her. I don't know, but for me I find it irritating. Well I do hope if she really is running for a position in the future she'll make her life drama-less.:P I know she's a very smart woman. And I do admire her for that..:)

Hello CaptainAlbert, Well, Aiko melendez had some relationship in her past lives. i think it's the right of the person to fall in love and have a relationship with any one they want to, just like the President now. unfortunately, the one thing i don't like her about is her attitude and her lack of track record since it's politically recordless except in her family in general. meaning she has no track record as an official public servant

I am not surprised to learn that Kris will enter politics in the near future , maybe next election. Her late mother had expressed her hopes that someday Kris will follow the footsteps of the likes of Vilma Santos etc. It would be admirable if these showbiz personalities will enter politics not because they are not rating anymore in showbiz but because they really want to serve and offer the best years of their career life as a civil servant.

Hello Shemtessie, Well, that's because her family members had done, almost all of them except her sisters..that's probably why she's going for it knowing she's expecting some supporters along the way. not to mention, the Media Network ABS CBN will be on her side just like how this bias media supported Noynoy

Kris Aquino is very smart and more. It is not surprising that she will get into politics in the near future. Her family is involved in politics. In fact, I think she belongs to public service. She has a strong sense of leadership and has the ability to tap various resources for any projects that she gets into. There might be a lot of things that people hate about her but from the looks of it, she delivers. She is a female version of her dad. I would love to see her to become our next president. For me, go Kris!

Hello Stargazer, You seemed to be a BIG fan. Unfortunately, I am one of those people who prefers to test any one for such position into a debate regarding solving issues. I n my opinion, her family loves to be in public service, belonging is something different. It's like she's in some sort of royal family or something. that's usually the talks from my from my friends in UK that when a family member gets involved in Public service, simply because they belong there. I hope to die before she even take oath Have a great Day

Politics is in her blood so naturally shell look for a base and continue her family legacy. With her beauty, her charm, her excellent public relation skills, it is not surprising that she'll follow her mom's footsteps to be the next president of your country.

Hello Zandi, I do know she is chinese decent with the rest of the family, but legacy as if Philippines is run by a Royal Family? She can be a spokes person for the Palace if she's that good looking, charm and excellent in Public Relation skills. but running for a public office seemed still need a different level. though i hope she can retain running as governor like Vilma Santos did in Batangas, we'll see.

once more I hate to write responses on notebook then paste but for some r reason mylot hates me,its taken 3 of myresponses here and flew off with them. I was trying to say we had some of that voting in ex actors here in the Us.R onald Reagan was a good example as he was a movie actor and I doubt if he knew anything really about politics. also we had a very popular movie star Govenor Arnold Schwarzenegger. I dont think thats spelled right but spelling checker fixed it.lol what a friend it isl right but he was our ex governor and he did not do a heck of a lot of good for our state. our jobless rate is now 11 per c ent.Celebs in one field do not often do so well in other fiels. lol.

Hello Hatley, I am really not sure about Mr. Terminator there, some how for me it still didn't feel right for him to run but well at least not as a congress or senator, that would be mortifying. well, governor is an executive job so it's going to be hands on. how ever, i didn't know how much he really has done in california, i just know him as an actor. any debate videos that you may wanna give me about him with other candidates

I have to admire the actress for her industry. She seems to set on a higher ambition and aspiration. I can't fault her if her intentions are clear but there is a nagging feeling inside me that tells me that she's going to bite off more than she can chew and this is going to be long marathon that is going to painful to watch. For a very popular celebrity and a sister to the incumbent president, I don't know how she manages her sanity. I don't have anything against celebrities jumping to politics as long as they don't mix the two sides (which a lot of actor-politicians do). She claims to be a public figure, that 's true, but even that have to end somehow. Does she even think the consequences of her actions to her children. If I were in her shoes, I would rather be enjoy my public and retire to a comfortable and much needed private life.

Hello Jean, I admire her being an actress of being in the showbiz industry and handling her problems in her private life. but as for a public servant, I have known recently about her being part of the charities. I think it's going to be bad if the children was not able to handle the troubles being in the fame

I think she can do as she wishes, anyway we are living in a democracy and everybody is free to do whatever he or she wants as long as it is within the bounds of the law, after all it's the people's vote who will decide in the end.

Hello Louievill, it's the people's vote who will decide in the end - This is and has always been something am afraid about. I agree she should follow election law but she has the time to prepare herself knowing it's a long way to go
