How much water should you drink?

I have been reading about water for some time. I recently read an article about water and it says you should drink somewhere around 7 Glasses of water per day. water dosent have any flavor it is just plain. now days you can put stuff in your water you drink to make taste like Cool-aid. Water is vital to us evrey day and we should drink more of it. its better to drink at least 3-5 Glasses per day as I have read. what is your experince with water? Do you driink water on any given day? how often do you drink water?

hi, i thought 6 to 8 glass of water should to drink in one day. sometimes i only drink 3 glass of water everyday, and sometimes i drink one glass only.

Drinking plenty of water has made me healthier-because I drink upto 3 liters of water daily, I rarely suffer from common colds or flu. It cleanses your body system and helps to detoxify you!

Hi I do agree that water is good for you . I always drink water whenever I can . Vitamins C are goodd for you as well. keeps things balance out. Cheers. have a good day

We need to drink at least 8 glasses of water or more every day.I guess if i remember it right this was also taught during elementary days. Water helps us in cleansing our body, flushing out toxins.Helps also in attaining beautiful skin.

Hello chad257! I can only drink water like 4-5 glasses per day and the rest of the liquid would be either in the form of juice or softdrinks. Cheers!

Hi Thats good . water is like a detox, I have to agree its very cleansing. Its good that you drink about 5 per day. I drink more water in the warmer months because, you tend to get dehihdrated more quickly in the summer. Cheers! LOL

drinking water is very important because it can increase the content of fluids in our bodies and our bodies really need it too. if we do not drink in a day, it's our body feels weak and no strength. therefore many are drinking the water because it is very good for us and our bodies. most of what I do is 3-4 liters.
