why chocolate is so special

Chocolate, the food is much preferred. Imagine when chewed or sipping a glass of hot chocolate or enjoy with a layer of chocolate cake would make a lot of people can not wait to do it. Not just a snack for a child, but chocolate also enjoyed many adult. In fact, chocolate is often used as a gift for someone dear. why is chocolate considered a sign of love with someone? Any substance contained in chocolate so that these foods have a lot of audience? Is chocolate is harmful to health food?

Chocolate, and especially dark chocolate has more cocoa and that is good for us, because of the flavnoids. Those flavonoids, have chemicals in them that reduce cholesterol, reduce heart disease and help keep our arteries clean so we don't develop blood clots. Of course to much of anything is bad for us..Chocolate is loaded with calories and sugar.

hahha i totally agree with you, i wasa ble to watch an episode of discovery channel about chocolates. it says it contains some chemicals that makes people happy, it is an aphrodisiac for some, it helps in memory even. i also love chocolate personally:D always my choice of dessert
