Do you have a better method to lose 10 pounds one week?

Terrible, I still can't lose my weight. Walking from summer to winter, six months later I just lose 8 pounds, but it is not enough. I still can't wear boots, narrow-leg pants. I'm so sad, because I don't know how to lose 10 pounds one week? Can you tall me how? I don't want to diet. Thanks!

"Portions, portions, portions!" my grandmother says when they show a diet commercials on TV. I'd say it isn't about what you eat, but HOW MUCH of a certain food you eat. You don't have to give up you favorite food to loose weight or go on diets that are doomed to fail. Who wants to do that? Just make sure when you are preparing a meal for yourself that you take smaller portions and eat slow, savering the flavor. You can become full faster and if you're still hungry, you can go back for seconds. Also, try not to eat much before bed because the calories will burn slower. Keep taking walks and eat some fruit, too. And don't be so down about it. Be confident, keep trying hard, and eventually you'll loose the weight you want.

Yes, you are right. I usually eat fast, I ride bike to my work place, I eat less, and even hungry before bed, I still patience. But do you think eating fruit before sleeping is a wrong decision?

I always heard that you should put time in between your last meal (or snack) and the time you go to bed (maybe an hour or 2), so the food will digest quicker or better or something like that.

Losing ten lbs in one week is dangerous. Two Lbs. a week is what is recommeneded. I would suggest drinking apple cider vinegar, two teaspoons a day, diluted in water, it will help you lose weight and is supposed to keep it off. However, everyone is different what works for me might not for you. Also drink more water, less soda. I've read somewhere that if you exercise before you eat it helps you burn more, of course this isn't exactly recommended by me at all lol.

Thank you, SomeCowgirl. I did it, ate little and do exercise, but a bad hobit for me that after exercise, I ate more than usual and before I began to lose weight, I usually ate at 9pm, because my roomates want to eat something.

I am the same way... I watch what I eat and exercise and still...don't loose a thing. I can't figure it. I do all they say, and it don't work. I haven't had candy or sweets in so long, I don't remember last time. I don't really miss them alot, but my sugar intake is low as is my cal and fat...and I walk and everything. Nothing goes away, but my emthusiasim.

The same to me. I don't eat chocolate, candy and meat even I'm very hungry. I ate less even we have dinner. I walk around after dinner an hour each night. But I still few fat and I hate the figure. You know, it is really hard to lose fat in our leg and face. It means a long project...

Oh, you definitely have to diet but you do not have to go on the typical diet that allows you to only eat vegetables and fruits or ask you not to eat or make you eat a bird's port on each meal. It all come to what you take as your diet. When we talk about diet all people think about is starve yourself and not eating. but there is a lot more to diet than starving yourself. If you wat to lose 10 pounds it like 5 kg, I will tell you how. Some tips for yu. First, watch what you eat. Reduce all the fat and oil. Try to cook with less oil or even no oil if you can take it. The reduce any fat meat. Eat only lean meat. Second, you have to exercise. Don't have to exercise like the biggest loser. Target your body part which have need more attention. It all comes to diet and exercise. If I can lose 5 kg just by control my diet and reduce fat intake, then so can you.
